Fundraising Request Form
Complete this request form, each request will be individually reviewed and given consideration. Please review the criteria, listed on the community page, to insure that your request meets the requirements prior to submissions. While we love giving back to our Manteca Community, please understand that it is not possible to fulfill every request.
At this time, we will not be taking requests in store or over the phone. If we are able to fulfill your request, you will receive an email response from us.
Please submit your request no sooner than one month before your event’s date.
